What we collect on this site

When you join the waitlist we keep the details you type: name, work email, company, role, and what your agents do. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about Keystile: your invitation, setup help, and occasional product news.
• To decide who to invite first, based on what you tell us about your agents.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Keystile accounts

Your account holds your email, name, sign-in times and your API keys. Agent actions you send to Keystile are checked and recorded in a signed log so you can review them; on the free Developer plan, use test data only. Apps you connect are kept encrypted and used only for what you set up. Stripe handles payments, so we never see your full card number.

Google account data

When you connect a Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Docs, Forms, Tasks or Contacts), Keystile asks Google only for what the steps you set up need. For example, to add a row to a sheet, read your calendar's free and busy times, or send an email you or your AI tool asked for.

• What we access: only the data a step you set up reads or changes, at the moment it runs, plus your Google email address so you can tell connected accounts apart.
• How we use it: only to carry out those steps for you and to check them first. Before a step runs, Keystile checks it so it can stop, hold for your approval or mask anything risky, and the check is written to your record.
• Where it goes: the access Google gives Keystile is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone, including your AI tools. Data passes through Keystile only to do the step. We do not sell Google data, share it for advertising, or let people read it, except with your permission, for security, or to meet the law.
• No AI training: we do not use Google data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• How long: your record keeps a short summary of each step for your review. Disconnecting the account in Keystile, or removing Keystile from your Google account's security settings, ends our access, and we delete what we hold when you ask.

Keystile's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI training

We do not train AI models on your data or on what your agents send through Keystile.
